Software Engineer

Senior Software Developer | .NET, React | $140,000 + Super

We are working with an innovative leader in enterprise communications, who are looking to expand their Software Development Teams.

They specialize in two key product streams, focusing on cutting-edge orchestration voice platforms and payment solutions.

They are currently working on an exciting AI-powered project that automates phone payments, with a primary focus on PCI-compliant credit card transactions.

The Role: We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in .NET and experience working with Node and React. As part of the team, you'll work across the two key product streams and be involved in both backend and frontend development. You’ll work with autonomy to drive innovation in our solutions, particularly on the payment side, with opportunities to get involved in JS/TS frameworks and unit testing as needed.

Tech Stack:

• .NET (Primary focus)
• Node/React
• MongoDB/NoSQL databases
• Unit Testing (TDD)

Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain payment systems, with an emphasis on automation and PCI compliance.
• Collaborate with local and offshore teams to execute complex technical projects.
• Contribute to both backend and frontend development, specifically with .NET and JavaScript.
• Implement unit tests and maintain high-quality code standards.
• Work closely with product teams to ensure that solutions meet both technical and business requirements.
• Assist in the development of new features for the orchestration voice platform and payment side of the business.

The Candidate:

• Must be an Australian Citizen.
• Pass a police check.
• Have a strong background as a Senior Developer, with experience in .NET, Node and React.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Ideally, have payment industry experience (particularly in PCI compliance).
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a hybrid team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for working on high-impact, complex projects.

Location: Hybrid - Sydney CBD

Compensation: $160,000 + Super
