About the Role

As a Security Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks that protect our organization’s digital infrastructure. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for safeguarding systems against evolving threats.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s IT landscape and information systems
• Design and implement secure architectures for new and existing IT projects
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, risk analyses, and security audits
• Research and apply security standards, authentication protocols, and best practices
• Test and validate security solutions to ensure optimal performance
• Lead and mentor the security team, providing technical guidance and oversight
• Define and enforce corporate security policies and procedures
• Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough post-event analyses
• Continuously update and enhance security systems and protocols
• Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and data protection regulations
• Familiarity with Microsoft solutions and enterprise environments
• Proficient in risk assessment, role-based access control, and authentication technologies
• Experience with Windows, UNIX, and Linux operating systems
• Skilled in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, and network security design
• Understanding of third-party auditing and cloud risk assessment methodologies
• Reporting & Communication
• Track and report on security KPIs, incident trends, and audit outcomes
• Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams, including international affiliates

Requirements

Hard Skills :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong reporting and documentation capabilities
• Fluent in English and at least one national language; additional languages are a plus
