Information Technology Services Specialist (IT specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second level support to internal users via the ticketing system.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and standard business software.
  • Manage user accounts and access rights in local infrastructure (identity and email systems).
  • Support the internal email system and assist in diagnosing delivery or access issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment including printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Perform basic network diagnostics and assist with physical network maintenance (patch panels, switches, cabling).
  • Assist in the physical data center environment with server access, hardware maintenance, and inventory tracking.
  • Participate in IT asset lifecycle management, including hardware inventory and secure decommissioning processes.
  • Maintain internal documentation and contribute to the IT knowledge base.


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, basic networking (DNS, DHCP, IP), and user support principles.
  • Understanding of user identity, access management, and common enterprise collaboration tools.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to assist non-technical users in a clear and polite manner.
  • Fluency in Estonian and Russian is required; English proficiency for reading technical documentation.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Driving license category B.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with enterprise-grade server and networking hardware.
  • Familiarity with older (legacy) systems and non-standard software environments.
  • Basic scripting or automation skills (e.g., PowerShell).
  • Understanding of endpoint management or remote monitoring tools.
  • Awareness of cybersecurity principles or regulatory IT standards (DORA, etc)
