Procurement Team Leader

Your main responsibilities:


  • Lead and support the daily work of Procurement Team members in Baltics & Finland
  • Act as a key user of the stock planning system, and support team members in effective tool usage
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date procurement data in the ERP system (e.g. lead times, prices, order quantities)
  • Oversee and support daily ordering processes, using a stock planning system as a planning and decision-making tool
  • Track and follow up on Procurement Specialists' KPIs
  • Act as Procurement’s key user for the invoice management system
  • Perform data analysis to support stock management, supplier performance, and service level improvements
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes through KPI and stock value analysis
  • Collaborate closely with the Baltics & Finland logistics team to ensure smooth inbound operations
  • Coordinate the use of the transport booking system within Procurement
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure high levels of internal customer satisfaction
  • Continuously develop your skills and share knowledge to support team growth and best practice implementation


Required skills and knowledge:


  • A university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Previous experience in operational procurement - purchase order management
  • Strong communication and people management skills, especially in an international environment
  • Excellent analytical thinking — ability to dive deep into data, draw conclusions, and propose clear actions
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to react quickly, prioritise tasks effectively, and remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive and growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to continuous development
  • Strong knowledge of other MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with SLIM4 is considered an advantage
  • Experience with ERP systems such as iScala or SAP is a plus
  • Very good English (B2) language skills, both spoken and written, for communication with colleagues and cooperation partners abroad; fluency in Latvian
