Day Rate Contract – Hybrid (1 day per week in Dublin)

6 Month Contract (likely to extend)

TechHeads is currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for a day rate contract for a high profile engagement with a number of state and semi state organisations. This role requires someone with deep expertise in Project Management methodologies and a background in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Release Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee software release cycles, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to ensure successful project outcomes
• Mitigate risks, manage project timelines, and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and best practices for project management and software development.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and experience managing software releases.
• Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

• Experience working in Transport Industry
• Experience working in Public Sector
