DevOps Engineer – 12 Months – Eindhoven

Are you a DevOps engineer with a passion for container platforms, automation, and hybrid cloud environments? This 12-month contract in Eindhoven offers the chance to support the development of a highly advanced in-house container platform for a major technology-driven organization.

You will be part of an agile DevOps team working at the intersection of infrastructure and software development. Your primary focus will be designing, building, and maintaining a robust, scalable container platform that supports continuous integration and deployment processes. You’ll contribute to the transition from on-premise deployments to a hybrid (on-prem and cloud) platform, enhancing the development experience across the organization.

In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with internal development teams to help them adopt and leverage containerization technologies. You’ll drive automation, ensure platform reliability, and deliver infrastructure-as-code solutions. You will also contribute to platform strategy by advising on technical direction and providing input on investment proposals.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes configuration and Terraform
• Cloud-native development experience (Google Cloud preferred)
• CI/CD pipeline development and version control (e.g., Git, test automation)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Go, Ruby)
• Experience developing APIs with industry best practices
• Solid understanding of networking, DNS, DHCP, directory services, databases, and storage solutions
