We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and strategy of core internal platform capabilities. This is a senior leadership role within a purpose-driven, international organization building digital products that support sustainable development and business transformation.

About the Role

You will lead a cross-functional team of Product Owners responsible for shared internal components used across multiple digital products. These include geodata services, data collection tools, invoicing capabilities, cross-product interfaces, and internal portals.

The role sits at the intersection of product, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams. You will ensure these common components are scalable, reusable, and designed with internal users in mind.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing team of Product Owners across core platform components
• Define and execute the roadmap for shared product capabilities, ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical feasibility
• Drive a culture of reusability, maintainability, and consistency across the platform
• Collaborate closely with project delivery, architecture, and process engineering teams
• Champion product lifecycle management, from planning and prioritisation to testing and implementation
• Own the budget and resource planning for your unit
• Ensure high standards in quality, performance, security, and compliance across shared components
• Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, balancing product and business priorities

You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in product ownership, development, or project delivery
• 5+ years of experience leading product teams or managing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to deliver and scale internal platforms or shared product components
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or traditional project methodologies
• Experience working with geodata, internal data products, or business-critical tooling is preferred
• Certifications (e.g., CSPO, PSPO, PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
