Rate: €61 per hour

Duration: 6 months initially, possible extensions

Location: Amsterdam (hybrid, 2 days/week in the office)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RPA professional with a strong background in Business Process Analysis and Techno-Functional consultancy. This role is part of a dynamic Intelligent Automation team that operates with a high degree of autonomy, delivering impactful automation solutions across a diverse business landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize business processes to identify automation opportunities
• Develop detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA implementation
• Lead process improvement initiatives, particularly within Finance functions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess automation feasibility
• Conduct process mapping, documentation, and variation analysis
• Work closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery of automation solutions
• Maintain high standards in documentation and ensure alignment with business goals
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum delivery processes and participate in cross-functional team initiatives

Required Experience and Skills:

• Business Analysis, Process Design, and Process Improvement experienc
• Experience creating PDDs for RPA projects
• Proficiency in process mapping, documentation, and business process engineering
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
• Commitment to producing high-quality, maintainable documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Blue Prism (Developer, Analyst, or equivalent)
• Understanding of Blue Prism infrastructure and architecture
