🚨 Project Manager – Fire Protection (Sprinkler Systems)

📍 Based near Rotterdam | 🚗 2–3 Days Travel/Week by Car | 💻 Hybrid Working

💰 €4,000–€6,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card

We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee fire protection system installations (mainly sprinklers) for logistics and warehouse projects across the Netherlands — with the occasional visit to Belgium.

Your Role:

• Lead full project delivery from start to finish
• Coordinate with an internal engineer (for design/drawings)
• Manage subcontractors on-site (usually 6–12 per project)
• Travel to project sites 2–3 times a week (by car, 2–3 hrs each way typical)
• Mix of site visits, office time (Rotterdam or Antwerp), and home working
• You plan and manage your own week

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with sprinkler systems is a big plus, but not essential
• Open to similar project or technical backgrounds
• Junior candidates with the right drive and willingness to learn are welcome
• Strong communicator and team coordinator
• Fluent Dutch is required, plus good English
