A global enterprise is seeking an Analytics Manager to elevate its data capabilities and drive actionable insights across departments. This is a high-impact role focused on developing scalable analytics solutions, enabling smarter business decisions, and supporting a major digital transformation effort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an enterprise-wide analytics strategy
• Lead the development of reporting frameworks and performance KPIs
• Manage cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, and analytics tools
• Oversee the transformation of operational data into meaningful insights
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into business performance
• Ensure strong data governance, integrity, and consistency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver analytics initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy roles
• Expertise with cloud analytics platforms (e.g., Databricks, Tableau)
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP data sources
• Proficiency in SQL and experience managing ETL pipelines
• Strong data modeling and visualization skills
• Solid understanding of data governance best practices
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly
• Ability to manage complex projects and influence across departments
