As a Product Designer, you’ll be part of our Design Department, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create experiences that are both highly functional and visually elegant. You’ll help design the tools that make airport operations more efficient, resilient, and human-centered.

This is a mid-level role—ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product design and who wants to deepen their impact through close collaboration, ownership of meaningful features, and growing responsibility in shaping user experiences.

Key data for you to consider:

• 2300 - 3500 GBP per month, depending on role fit and experience level
• Yearly profit share
• Various performance and behaviour-based bonuses
• In-office or hybrid (partial office & partial remote)
• Office location: Cluj-Napoca
• Contract based on PFA or SRL with our UK entity
• Paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Create user-centered UX solutions, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Apply and evolve the design system and brand language across all touchpoints.
• Conduct and advocate for user research to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams from discovery to delivery.
• Design scalable systems and solutions for complex product challenges.
• Share and receive feedback to maintain high-quality design standards.

Qualifications and skills

• Expertise in UX/UI best practices, emerging trends, and user-centered design principles.
• Strong visual, interaction, and prototyping design skills, with proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Suite.
• Ability to work in and bring clarity to ambiguous environments while guiding design vision and strategy.
• Skilled at defining, evolving, and following design processes with accurate work scoping.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and information synthesis abilities.
• Capable of balancing constraints, prioritizing effectively, and clearly articulating design rationale.

Nice-to-haves

• Understanding of frontend development practices and standards (HTML5 & CSS3)
• Interest in the aviation industry
• Experience with Saas products
