Project Manager – CRM Implementation

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a CRM implementation for our client based in Stockholm. The assignment is for 6 months, with a hybrid setup, and the start date is flexible – either before or after the summer.

About The Assignment

Our client is about to implement a new CRM system and is in the final phase of selecting a vendor. This is a business-critical initiative and their first CRM rollout, which means they need a seasoned project manager who has previously led a full CRM implementation – from selection to successful go-live.

You will be expected to take full ownership of the project and bring both strategic insight and hands-on experience. This includes driving planning, coordinating technical and business stakeholders, managing vendors, and ensuring the solution fits the organization’s long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the CRM implementation project end-to-end
• Collaborate closely with both internal teams and external CRM vendor
• Drive the project timeline, budget, risk management, and reporting
• Ensure change management and user adoption planning are included
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

We are specifically looking for someone who has successfully led at least one full-scale CRM implementation and understands all aspects of such a project – from procurement and requirements gathering to configuration, rollout, and change management.

You likely have:

• Solid experience as a Project Manager in CRM implementations
• Strong understanding of both business needs and technical solutions
• Ability to manage vendors and drive results in a cross-functional environment
• Familiarity with common CRM platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc.
• Bonus if you have experience from Marketing Automation.
