As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our development, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leading improvement initiatives and projects, and delivering IT services that support business growth. The role spans three main areas of responsibility: IT Operations Excellence, IT Project Management, and Service Delivery Management for our Digital Workplace.

In this position, you’ll be part of the IT Operations function within Product & Tech, working alongside a team of 20 colleagues. Based in Stockholm, you’ll report directly to the Head of IT Operations and collaborate broadly across the organization, primarily within Product & Tech but also with other business areas across NOBA. Your areas of responsibility include:
IT Operations Excellence
- Support the Head of IT Operations with budgeting and performance reporting (SLA, KPI, KRI).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and track progress toward operational goals.
- Prepare reports and propose enhancements to improve service delivery.
- Take on diverse assignments within IT Operations and drive them independently.
- Lead and deliver IT Operations projects - from planning to handover - on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Manage documentation, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication across departments.
- Ensure a secure, user-friendly, and modern digital workplace (hardware, software, M365, accessories).
- Manage service roadmaps and oversee the lifecycle of tools and solutions.
- Monitor supplier performance and keep the service catalogue up to date.
- Support incident management and coordinate the rollout of new features or tools.
- Have some years of hands-on experience in IT support, IT operations, or infrastructure.
- Has worked as a technical IT project or sub-project manager in both small and large-scale projects, ideally within financial services.
- Is a collaborative team player who enjoys working with project owners, steering groups, core operations, and IT specialists.
- Thrives in a role with both operational and administrative responsibilities and can manage multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Is fluent in Swedish or Norwegian, and English.

Form of employment: Permanent (we apply 6 month probation period)
Working hours: 8.30-17
