We are looking forr a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team working on a sophisticated e-commerce platform for a prestigious luxury brand. We're building exceptional digital shopping experiences that blend cutting-edge frontend technologies with robust PHP backend systems to deliver performance, scalability, and elegance across all touchpoints.

The Role

As a Full Stack Developer, you'll work across the entire technology stack to create seamless luxury shopping experiences. You'll leverage your expertise in React/Next.js frontend development alongside PHP backend development, while integrating BigCommerce and working with Supabase for data services. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between beautiful customer-facing interfaces and powerful backend systems.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a luxury e-commerce platform using BigCommerce, React, Next.js, and PHP
• Build responsive frontend components using Builder.io that maintain brand integrity across all devices
• Create robust PHP backend services and APIs to extend functionality beyond BigCommerce capabilities
• Customize and extend BigCommerce functionality through APIs, webhooks, and custom applications
• Implement and optimize Vercel deployment pipelines for frontend continuous integration and delivery
• Design and develop data services using Supabase and PHP to enhance the e-commerce experience (store locators, product availability, customer preferences)
• Create seamless integrations between BigCommerce, PHP backend systems, and other services within our tech ecosystem
• Implement SEO best practices and ensure compliance across the platform
• Develop and implement localization strategies for global markets
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user experiences that reflect luxury brand standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of full stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js for frontend development
• Proficient in PHP (7.4+/8.x) backend development
• Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or similar
• Experience working with BigCommerce or similar e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
• Proficiency with Builder.io for component creation and content management
• Experience with Vercel deployment pipelines and optimization techniques
• Working knowledge of Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
• Experience with RESTful APIs and e-commerce integrations
• Strong understanding of e-commerce fundamentals (product catalogs, cart functionality, checkout processes, payment gateways)
• Proven ability to create mobile-first, responsive web experiences
• Understanding of SEO principles and implementation for e-commerce
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with luxury or high-end retail e-commerce projects
• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience with GraphQL
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures
• Understanding of BigCommerce Stencil theme framework and PHP SDK
• Understanding of CI/CD practices
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and implementation
• Experience with performance optimization for large-scale e-commerce sites
