About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our fast-growing products at the intersection of AI, wellness, and edtech. If you're energized by working in high-growth environments, using data to drive product decisions, and building features users love — this is your chance to lead a product with global potential.

You’ll be responsible for owning the full product lifecycle, collaborating cross-functionally, and shaping the roadmap that delivers user value and achieves business results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and strategy to achieve growth and user engagement
• Analyze user behavior through segmentation and cohort analysis to inform decisions
• Create and prioritize a data-driven backlog based on impact, effort, and alignment with business goals
• Develop and validate hypotheses through A/B testing and fast experimentation cycles
• Drive continuous Product-Market Fit (PMF) improvements by analyzing retention, activation, and engagement metrics
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver features that drive outcomes
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into actionable improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong analytical background: deep understanding of segmentation, funnels, retention metrics, and cohorts
• Proven experience with A/B testing, hypothesis validation, and experimental design
• Ability to define and prioritize product backlogs aligned with strategic goals
• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong collaboration skills across development and design teams
• Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4, Looker, Appsflyer)

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in AI-driven products or industries such as wellness, edtech, nutrition, or business tools
• Understanding of UX/UI best practices and user-centered design
• Experience in MVP testing, live-coding, or rapid prototyping environments
• Familiarity with monetization strategies (freemium, subscriptions, in-app purchases)
