Product Manager

Location: Turkey Team: Product Development

The Product Manager plays a critical role in identifying customer needs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, competitive features from concept to launch. While not responsible for defining the long-term product vision or strategy, Product Managers effectively drive mid-term initiatives, translate user insights into actionable solutions, and contribute to the overall success of their product area. They are developing confidence in setting KPIs and goals, and continue to grow in their ability to align execution with business outcomes.

• What you’ll do
• Conduct market and user research in the digital forensics landscape, developing an understanding that informs the product vision and strategy. The outcome is a well-researched, documented, and communicated product vision that aligns with our company's mission and business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product life cycle, translating user needs into product solutions. This includes discovery, ideation, prioritization, development, launch, and iteration. The desired outcome is the successful launch of products and features that address user needs and contribute to business growth.
• Encourage a culture of learning and innovation within the team, fostering a growth mindset. Success in this area will be evident in the continuous improvement of products, processes, and the team's skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with the design and engineering teams, promoting a partnership mentality. The outcome will be a collaborative and effective team that delivers high-quality product experiences.
• Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to inform decision-making processes. Your ability to use data effectively will result in products that meet user needs and enhance our competitive edge in the digital forensics landscape.
• Advocate for user needs in product decisions while considering business and technical considerations. The outcome will be user-centric products that drive user satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Adapt to the challenges of a fast-growing company, contributing to the shaping of the product team and culture. Success will be marked by a product team that effectively scales with the company's growth.

• Qualifications & Experience
• Experienced in working remotely
• A growth mindset
• Experience working as a product owner or product manager in a cross functional team
• Have minumum 2 years of experience as a product manager
• Proficiency in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making.
• Experience working collaboratively with designers and engineers

• Skills & Behaviours
• Product Management Knowledge: Strong understanding of the principles and practices of product management. This includes the ability to assist the team throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and support in iterating and improving the product based on user feedback and market insights.
• Technical Understanding: Familiarity with the digital forensics domain and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams. This involves working closely with software engineers and QA teams, understanding technical constraints, and leveraging this knowledge to inform product requirements and roadmap decisions.
• Strategic Mindset: Developing and contributing to the product vision and strategy. This includes staying informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback, and providing insights to refine the product vision and align it with business objectives and market needs.
• Data-Informed Decision Making: Proficiency in utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision-making. This skill is applied when analyzing user data, conducting market research, and leveraging other relevant data sources to inform feature optimization, prioritize product enhancements, and influence the product roadmap.
• Collaboration and Influence: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence outcomes. This includes actively participating in cross-functional meetings, fostering open communication, and working towards consensus on objectives and priorities.
• Effective Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey the product vision, progress, and insights to stakeholders. This involves presenting data-driven insights, facilitating discussions, and ensuring clear and concise communication across teams and management.
• Project Coordination: Proficient in prioritizing work, managing resources, and monitoring project progress. This skill is displayed by regularly tracking team progress, identifying and addressing obstacles, and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within allocated resources.
