We are looking for anSenior Data Analystto join our team.

Job Description

• Develop and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards that effectively visualize key business metrics
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data using SQL to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Continuously enhance dashboard performance and user experience through optimization.
• Identify trends and patterns in large datasets to drive strategic initiatives.
• Maintain clear documentation for data sources, dashboard logic, and reporting processes.
• Ensure alignment with BI best practices and contribute to data governance efforts.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Proficient in SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing data extraction.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
