Senior Technical Lead(.NET)

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Technical Lead(.NET) responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft-based systems. This role ensures that technology solutions align with business objectives, driving efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies including .NET, SharePoint, SQL Server, Azure, ANGULAR, DevExtreme, DevExpress, Spread Control etc.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
• Ability to optimize database schemas, write SQL queries ,and ensure data integrity.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze requirements, propose solutions, and manage expectations throughout the development lifecycle.
• Business process knowledge in areas such as SCM

End User Support:

• Collaborate closely with end users to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide direct support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft applications.
• Define technical strategies and architecture for Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Project Management:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through to deployment and ongoing support for existing applications.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Solid understanding of IT project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Microsoft applications, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing Microsoft applications, with at least 3+ years in a senior technical or lead role.
• Languages: .Net 6 and above, .Net Core, ASP.NET, ASP.NET CORE, WEB API, CORE API, C#.NET, VB.NET,MVC, Windows application, Web Services,
• ADO.Net, Entity Framework
• UI: Experience in ANGULAR 14 and above, .NET MAUI, Type Script, JSON,
• Java Script,AJAX, HTML, CSS, DevExtreme, DevExpress, Spread Control
• Cloud: Azure, Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Azure App Services, Azure Repos, Azure CICD
• Database: Microsoft SQLSERVER, Oracle
• Strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing database schemas and SQL queries.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
