Regional Product Manager

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Regional Product Manager to be based in Dubai.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Develop medium-term strategic and short-term operational plans.
• Improve product marketability, profitability, and market share.
• Identification and mapping of key stakeholders and building good working relationships.
• Manage the entire product life cycle portfolio.
• Develop innovative/competitive market access strategies.
• Identify marketing opportunities.
• Monitor market trends.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy / Science.
• Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Must have Primary Care/ Consumer Healthcare experience.
• Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic.
