Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft elegant, intuitive, and scalable designs for both mobile and web platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape user journeys, develop robust design systems, and help define the visual language of Axys.

Key Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX for web and mobile applications
• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes informed by user research and competitive analysis
• Build and maintain cohesive design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams using tools such as Figma, Asana, and Slack
• Contribute to brand identity and visual design across marketing and product assets
• Support production of graphic assets (presentations, brochures, icons, visual content, etc.)
• Optional: Create 3D visuals and motion graphics

Requirements

• Proven experience designing UI/UX for mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Experience collaborating with front-end developers
• Fluent English communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Dubai (visa and relocation support available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or Web3 product design
• Familiarity with building and managing design systems
• Experience in early-stage (0→1) product development
• Skills in branding, visual identity, and marketing design
• Exposure to global/multilingual UX considerations
• Motion/3D design experience using Illustrator, After Effects, or similar
