We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead offshore-related projects in the water treatment industry, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, execution, and timely completion.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project goals and updates.
• Maintain strong client relationships, actively pursuing additional sales opportunities and ensuring satisfaction.
• Organize the project team, assign tasks, and provide leadership for smooth project progression.
• Collaborate with Line Managers and Business Unit Vice President to secure necessary project resources.
• Create and manage the project budget, monitoring spending to meet financial targets.
• Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining control over project costs and development.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, assembly, and client teams for coordinated project execution.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders (VP Project Execution, CEO, CFO) and clients on risks, opportunities, challenges, and successes.
• Document all key project decisions, interpretations, and agreements.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
• Meet contractual obligations while protecting company rights under project agreements.
  
  

Skills & Qualifications

• PMP Certification: Proven expertise in recognized project management methodologies.
• Management Reporting & Services: Strong analytical abilities for effective decision-making.
• Project Lifecycle Proficiency: Experience managing projects across all phases.
• Financial Competence: Knowledge in economy, negotiation, and cash flow management.
• Digital Competence: Well-developed digital skills for multi-location communication.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with team members and clients.
  
  

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing offshore-related projects, in water treatment systems.
