About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team on a remote basis. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, manage project lifecycles end-to-end, and collaborate closely with stakeholders and third-party vendors to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication strategies.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution.
• Proactively communicate project expectations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Estimate resources and create project schedules, budgets, and work breakdown structures.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure milestone completion.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Implement and oversee change management processes.
• Conduct regular status meetings and deliver project updates to stakeholders.
• Lead project post-mortem reviews and generate performance improvement reports.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in end-to-end project management.
• Proven track record managing cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects remotely and manage across time zones.
• PMP or similar certification is preferred but not required.
