Summary
- The ideal candidate will excel in handling large datasets, drawing actionable insights, and leveraging modern analytics tools to guide analytics initiatives. We're looking for an innovative thinker, driven by a passion for correct metrics, who can act as a data champion within a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in solving complex challenges and enjoy collaborating with technical experts, this role is for you.
- You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Collect and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create metrics, reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Work closely with AI engineers and developers to understand their data needs and facilitate data discovery and model development.
- Design and build automated dashboards and alerts to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.
- Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in AI and reporting solutions.
- Provide complete and accurate documentation of logic used to create different metrics, and the associated business use case
Details:
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a technology or data science team.
- Must be proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
- Pandas and/or polars experience is desired.
- Experience with PySpark is a must.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in big data tools (e.g. Hive) and cloud data services (AWS, Databricks)
- Experience with data platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments in the AI and large language models' field.
