Summary

  • The ideal candidate will excel in handling large datasets, drawing actionable insights, and leveraging modern analytics tools to guide analytics initiatives.   • You will work closely with product managers, data scientists, and customers to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process structured and unstructured data from various sources.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Create metrics, reports and visualizations to communicate data findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with AI engineers and developers to understand their data needs and facilitate data discovery and model development.
  • Design and build automated dashboards and alerts to streamline monitoring and reporting processes.
  • Research and evaluate new technologies and trends in AI and reporting solutions.
  • Provide complete and accurate documentation of logic used to create different metrics, and the associated business use case

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a technology or data science team.
  • Must be proficient in Python and SQL for data analysis.
  • Pandas and/or polars experience is desired.
  • Experience with PySpark is a must.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in big data tools (e.g. Hive) and cloud data services (AWS, Databricks)
  • Experience with data platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps or Git.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about learning new technologies and staying updated with the latest developments in the AI and large language models' field.
