Merchandiser

📍 Location: Qatar | 🕒 Full-time

Are you passionate about retail, merchandising, and driving product visibility in fast-paced mass market environments? We’re looking for a Merchandiser to join our Channel Engagement team and play a key role in maximizing product sales and enhancing the customer experience across retail outlets.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and maintain eye-catching POSM displays aligned with brand guidelines and promotions.
• Ensure retail teams are fully informed and trained on product features, pricing, and campaigns.
• Monitor market intelligence to support competitive strategies.
• Restock promotional materials and manage inventory to keep displays fresh and impactful.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and timely removal of obsolete materials.
• Support retail sales teams with product knowledge and troubleshoot app-related issues.
• Collect retailer feedback and market insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with outlet staff, vendors, and sales teams to execute promotional events and seasonal layouts.
• Follow safety protocols and complete regular merchandising reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate or equivalent qualification; multilingual skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of retail merchandising experience with strong visual merchandising know-how.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic Excel skills for inventory management.
• Physical stamina to visit 30–40 retail outlets daily.
• Comfortable troubleshooting app issues on Android and iOS platforms.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
