We are looking for a seasoned Operations and Development Senior Specialist to lead Loyalty Program operations and product development initiatives. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of loyalty campaigns, partner integration, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer experience and drive value from loyalty initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and product development for loyalty programs.
• Design and maintain policies, processes, and procedures aligned with business rules.
• Ensure controls are in place to monitor compliance with loyalty program protocols.
• Deliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
• Manage partner invoicing and coordinate with finance on budgeting and forecasts.
• Create training content and keep CSR teams (L1/L2) updated on campaign changes.
• Lead operational projects from conception to implementation.
• Collaborate with IT, middleware, and vendor teams for system integrations and issue resolutions.
• Conduct testing and support UAT for loyalty system changes and new features.
• Manage technical setup for new campaigns and partner integrations.
• Investigate and resolve Level 3 customer complaints.
• Continuously identify process improvements and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in loyalty operations, preferably within the telecom industry.
• Strong background in product and process management.
• Experience in vendor management and cross-functional coordination.
• Solid understanding of loyalty services and consumer-facing service channels.
• Skilled in business analytics, strategic planning, and performance tracking.
• Proficient in Excel-based business modeling and professional presentation creation.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
