About the role

• Full ownership across backend and frontend development
• Build scalable SaaS applications used globally
• Backend: Java (Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs)
• Frontend: React.js or Vue.js
• Daily usage of AI coding assistants (ClaudeCode, Cursor.ai, Copilot, AI test generation, auto-refactoring, etc.)
• Direct collaboration with product owners, architects, and founders
• Clean, modern architecture — no outdated legacy systems

What we expect

• 5+ years of hands-on full stack development
• Expert-level Java (Spring Boot, Microservices)
• Strong frontend: React.js or Vue.js
• Proficiency in MongoDB
• Experience with Docker, AWS, and cloud deployments
• AI-native development mindset — you actively use AI tools to write, optimize, and review your code
• Independent, proactive, and responsible work approach
