SENIOR UNITY 3D DEVELOPER (WITH EXPERIENCE IN MAESTRO)

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior Unity 3D Developer (with experience in Maestro) for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Our client is a global company specializing in intelligent automation solutions, providing integrated systems for warehouse logistics, material handling, and supply chain optimization. The solutions range from automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and conveyor systems to automated guided vehicles (AGVs) and advanced robotics, software, and artificial intelligence-driven warehouse management systems. These systems optimize the movement, storage, and handling of goods, helping companies increase operational efficiency and reduce costs. The company’s headquarters are in Atlanta, Georgia, and it operates globally, with offices and facilities in over 26 countries.

You will work closely with other Maestro developers to understand the platform, resolve technical issues, and serve as a primary point of contact for Maestro integrations. Maestro is built upon the Configura base code.

The work hours are typically 40 hours a week.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CM Maestro coding, 3D parametric programming, or 3D game development like Unity 3D.
• Solid understanding of 3D design applications.
• Familiarity with encapsulating UI code.
• Sense of ownership and pride in creating impactful software.
• Experience developing front-end software.
• Experience creating highly scalable systems and frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills; self-starter; detail-oriented.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features on the Maestro platform.
• Contribute to test-driven development and test automation.
• Evaluate technical issues and identify effective solutions.
• Assist team members in architecting solutions for new functions.
• Contribute to teams with writing, reviewing, and testing code.
• Assist in the development, documenting, and training of users on best practices and processes.
• Interface with global team members.
• Meet regularly with the Configura Developer to expand your knowledge of the platform.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure that features and changes meet business needs, requirements, and fulfill the agreed-upon strategy.
• Collaborate closely with other developers to gain a comprehensive understanding of new features, dependencies, and technical details.
• Continually improve the quality of UI code.
