Senior Project Manager (with BA Skills)

Our client, an established player in the fintech space focused on delivering innovative banking solutions, is looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong business analysis capabilities and a solid technical background. The ideal candidate will lead critical integration projects, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of the financial services industry.

Requirements

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:

• Proven experience delivering complex projects in the banking or fintech domain, especially related to system integrations;
• A technical background, with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and backend logic;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and structured approach;
• Strong business analysis capabilities, including writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and integration plans;
• The ability to manage project status, timelines, risks, and cross-team communication.
  
  

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

• Drive end-to-end delivery of banking integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders;
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and integration strategies;
• Ensure clear and regular status reporting, escalation of risks, and management of project milestones;
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across business, product, and engineering teams;
• Help the client maintain high standards of quality, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
