Requirements
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in the banking or fintech domain, especially related to system integrations;
- A technical background, with the ability to understand system architecture, APIs, and backend logic;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and structured approach;
- Strong business analysis capabilities, including writing Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and integration plans;
- The ability to manage project status, timelines, risks, and cross-team communication.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Drive end-to-end delivery of banking integration projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders;
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation such as BRDs, functional specifications, and integration strategies;
- Ensure clear and regular status reporting, escalation of risks, and management of project milestones;
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and effective communication across business, product, and engineering teams;
- Help the client maintain high standards of quality, transparency, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
