Position Challenges
Conduct the Talent Acquisition processes for Regional teams in order to support the business to achieve the results.
Develop improvement initiatives ensuring a proper TA management in LATAM Subsidiaries
Develop Learning & Development initiatives aiming to enhance people capabilities in LATAM Region
Participate in transversal HR activities related to LATAM HR Strategy and working plan.
Experience
- Solid experience in conducting Talent Acquisition processes for various levels and areas.
- Creating and implementing strategies to look for the best talent for the company.
- Conducting interviews in English.
- Monitoring and present Talent Acquisition KPIs.
- Experience as HR Business Partner will be considered a plus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct all the Talent Acquisition Process (end to end) for Latin America positions, including Marketing, Finance, Sales, Product Planning, Audit, Logistics and HR areas.
- Job Profile and Organizational Structure Discussions with leaders.
- Define the strategy to search for candidates according to each position.
- Collaborating with Recruiting Agencies when is needed in order to support them to have all the information to perform their job.
- Monitor and present Talent Acquisitions KPIs to the top management.
- Create and implement plans to search and present the best candidates to the leaders.
- Keep leaders and candidates informed regarding the selections processes ongoing.
- Conduct interviews to share HR’s opinion with the leaders.
- Understand with leaders if there is internal talent that could fulfill the position.
- Support LATAM Subsidiaries HR teams ensuring a robust TA management on each country
- Develop Learning & Development initiatives and directions for the Subsidiaries to follow with focus on key teams capabilities enhancement.
- Proactively collaborate on any LATAM HR initiative defined in the annual working plan
