Backend Engineer (E-Commerce | Node.js | Shopify | API Integrations)

An established digital team is searching for a Backend Engineer to lead complex builds across modern commerce platforms. You’ll architect solutions, integrate third-party systems, and streamline operations for fast-moving retail and B2B brands.

What you'll work on:

• Develop scalable backend infrastructure for e-commerce platforms
• Lead integrations with third-party APIs, tools, and legacy systems
• Automate order flow, inventory sync, and fulfillment processes
• Guide technical decisions and collaborate with product and frontend teams
• Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented codebases

What you bring:

• 5+ years' experience in Backend development (Node.js or similar)
• 2+ Years’ experience with Shopify Plus
• Expertise in React, Vue.js and other modern frontend frameworks
• Deep understanding of API architecture and system integrations
• Experience with commerce platforms (e.g., custom builds, plugins, admin tooling)
