Senior NBC Insights Analyst

As a Senior NBC Insights Analyst, you’ll use data insights to help the team drive a personalised and seamless service that delights customers across all channels. You’ll become part of a customer’s journey by creating unique experiences for every individual interaction. Each communication requires data-driven segmentation, eligibility and contact channel selection to ensure every customer touchpoint is highly relevant and compelling.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Managing campaign delivery (NBCs) in collaboration with marketing and the product squads.
• Communicating complex analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Developing and maintaining effective relationships with various stakeholders.
• Proactively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders by supplying customer insights which enables them to determine optimal contact strategies.
• Gathering valuable insights and presenting key findings to business stakeholders through the utilisation of the data visualisation tools.

We are interested to hear from people who have:

• Intermediate/ advanced SQL experience.
• Campaign or NBC (next best conversation) experience is highly regarded.
• Visualisation experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exhibit strong commercial acumen, and experience in proactively and creatively utilising analytics to drive decision making.
