TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator

As our TA Operations & Campus Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll lead campus recruitment initiatives and support talent acquisition operations, helping us attract the next generation of biotech innovators.

Campus Recruitment

• Develop and execute strategies to attract top student talent.
• Build strong relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.
• Organize and attend career fairs, info sessions, and networking events.
• Manage internship and graduate programs, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Act as recruiter for Young Graduate roles.
• Promote Legend Biotech’s culture and opportunities to students.
• Stay informed on trends in university recruiting, especially in biotech and life sciences.
  
  

TA Operations

• Track and report recruitment metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
• Collaborate on optimizing SOPs and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
  
  

General Talent Acquisition Support

• Manage job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Coordinate with Employer Branding to maintain job ads and internal job boards.
• Support sourcing activities and TA-related projects.
  
  

Who are we looking for?

Education: A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communication, Project Management, or related field.

Experience: At least 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally in biotech or pharma. You’ve also got at least 1 year of experience with campus recruitment or project coordination.

Languages: You’re fluent in English and Dutch, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
