Key responsibilities:

1. Supervise the end-to-end project management for projects across Europe, develop and manage large-scale project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure project goals are met
2. Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure seamless project execution
3. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
4. Monitor and report project progress to senior management
5. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards throughout project lifecycles
6. Collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and clients to enhance project outcomes and relationships
7. Manage project documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible
8. Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
9. Lead project meetings and facilitate decision-making processes

Qualification and expertise:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Proven track record in managing renewable energy projects in the European region.
3. Extensive experience in large-scale project delivery and coordination.
4. Expertise in wind and grid-scale BESS project management.
5. Strong adaptability and cultural awareness in a multi-cultural work environment.
6. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
7. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
8. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
9. Ability to travel within Europe and internationally as required.
