Program Manager

This position is responsible for driving and supporting the consolidated European strategy execution, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, support and accelerate for the key strategic initiative execution and impactful leadership within the CEO Office and European Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Support European Strategy

• Collaborate with the VP Europe and other VPs to develop, define, and implement strategic initiatives, including mitigation actions where required.
• Maintain oversight of initiatives across the Group, identifying synergies and alignment needs (both European and global).
• Support and own elements of the global strategy execution process, identifying improvements, and developing and implementing improved processes and tools across regions and functions.

Project Manage Key Initiatives:

• Lead the consolidated European strategy execution, ensuring timely delivery and results tracking.
• Support initiative owners in planning, managing, and delivering their initiatives.
• Work with the VP Europe and ExCo members to secure delivery of critical initiatives, mobilize stakeholders, resolve roadblocks, and ensure results align with objectives.
• Build and manage project management expertise, sharing best practices with the leadership team and senior managers

Support Reporting to CEO:

• Compile European strategy reporting in line with global guidelines and support the development of ExCo progress reports.
• Assist the Director CEO Office in consolidating progress reporting at the Group level

Education and Experience & Core Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering and or Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
• Significant experience (typically 7+ years) in strategy execution, project management, or business operations within a multinational or matrixed organization.
• Experience in compiling and presenting strategy reports for executive audiences, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
• Familiarity with European business environments and regulatory landscapes is a plus.

Other Requirements:

• Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage (German).
• Willingness to travel within Europe as required by the role.
