Technical Project Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our Eldorado team.

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform in-depth data analysis and research to support technical decisions;
• Investigate technical and business opportunities using various data sources (e.g., product metrics, logs, external datasets);
• Plan and prioritize feature development and manage the technical backlog.
• Participate in technical discussions and business decisions;
• Create, document, and manage tasks in Jira and Confluence.

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience as a product owner, business analyst, IT project manager, or a similar role;
• A strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in data analysis (e.g., using SQL, Excel, or BI tools);
• Basic understanding of computer science fundamentals and software development (e.g., HTTP, APIs, databases);
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams;
• Understanding of project management tools and methodologies;
• Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian languages.

Bonus Points For

(Not required, but nice to have!)

• Experience working with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for data manipulation or prototyping;
• Worked with e-commerce or online marketplace products;
• Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics);
• Passion for video games and gaming culture.

Compensation

• The salary range for this position is €4000 – €8000 gross per month, depending on your experience.
