About the role :

We are looking for an experienced Security & Compliance Architect to support a major digital infrastructure program within a high-level institutional environment in Luxembourg.

You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions, ensuring compliance with international standards (ISO, CMMI), and enhancing overall system security in hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead architecture and deployment of PAM / CAMS / SAM solutions (PrivX, CipherTrust, Vault…)

• Ensure full compliance with ISO and CMMI standards across information systems

• Oversee cybersecurity operations and vulnerability management in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)

• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, architecture, security) and report to senior stakeholders

• Conduct audits, write compliance reports, and recommend improvements

• Train and mentor teams on best practices in cybersecurity and compliance

Required Skills :

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT security architecture

• Strong knowledge of PAM technologies and security standards

• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (Linux/Unix, networks, cryptography, authentication)

• Experience with cloud environments and DevSecOps approaches

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, CMMI, OWASP Top 10

• Certifications like CISSP, CISM, AWS Security are a plus

• Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
