Product Designer

About The Role

As a Product Designer you will be working in a cross-functional team, partnering up with the Product Owner, Agile Enabler and a team of engineers. Together you will own the user experience, having a direct influence on the product definition with an agile mindset.

Along with your team, you will proactively be responsible for the continuous improvement of the team's way of working.

What You Will Do

• Be an ally of the Product Owner, collaborating closely with engineers to define the overall experience of the product, working through the design process end-to-end;
• Bring a design-driven mindset to the product team and the broader organization;
• Drive the entire design process, applying your skills throughout the product life-cycle including research, personas, sketches, wireframes, interaction through prototyping, and usability testing;
• Perform user research by talking to users through interviews, product tests, surveys, or other methods to better understand the user perspective and identify opportunities;
• Ability to solve complicated problems into simple, elegant, and usable concepts delivering them with clarity to engineering;
• Be familiar and apply the brand guidelines, contribute for the Design System, implement it in the product and help the team to continuously improve it.
  
  
  

What You Will Bring

• 3+ years of experience designing user-centric products;
• Experience in using several research methods, identifying personas, pain-points, motivations, and defining their journeys;
• Strong storytelling and communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Proven experience and ability in all different design process stages;
• Strong knowledge in visual design and proficiency with modern design tools and design systems;
• Familiar with lean startup methodologies and agile mindset;
• Deep user empathy;
• Good English skills (written and spoken).
