We are seeking a talented and motivated Graduate Product Designer to contribute to the design and development of cutting-edge digital printing solutions. This role requires creativity, a passion for user-centered design, and the ability to collaborate effectively across the product lifecycle.

You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience, ensuring that our products not only meet functional needs but also delight users through intuitive and impactful design. Key Responsibilities

• Design Strategy: Assist in defining and driving the design vision and strategy within your domain for HP Industrial Print’s digital printing solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• End-to-End Product Design: Support the design process from concept to implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• User Experience Excellence: Apply user-centered design principles to create accessible, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design into product development processes.
• Design System Stewardship: Contribute to maintaining and evolving our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product portfolio.
• Innovation & Trend Analysis: Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the cutting edge of design and functionality.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Audiovisuals, UX/UI or a related field.
• Relevant internships or project experience in designing digital products for web and mobile platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Framer, Webflow, and ProtoPie.
• Ability to contribute to ideation and feature development using a user-centered design framework.
• Understanding of technical constraints and the ability to design solutions that work across different platforms, including desktop and mobile (iOS and Android).
• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy.
• Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
