Network Engineer

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join their growing IT infrastructure team. If you’re experienced in Palo Alto SD-WAN, PAN-OS Next-Gen Firewalls, and GlobalProtect VPN, and enjoy solving complex connectivity challenges, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

• Install and configure networking hardware and services, including switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
• Manage and optimize Palo Alto SD-WAN infrastructure to support secure, high-performance connectivity
• Deploy and maintain Palo Alto GlobalProtect VPN using Prisma Access
• Conduct network updates, patching, and system upgrades
• Monitor network performance, ensuring system reliability and responsiveness
• Resolve network issues and minimize disruptions
• Collaborate with internal IT teams on security and optimization initiatives
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation for all network setups and procedures

What You Bring

Required:

• 3–5 years of professional experience in network engineering
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and general network security principles
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto ION or CloudGenix SD-WAN solutions
• Proficiency in using tools like SolarWinds Orion for monitoring and diagnostics
• Solid troubleshooting skills with a proactive approach
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and responsibly

Preferred:

• Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
• Familiarity with cloud networking, especially in Azure environments
