QA Automation Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a QA Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of software products. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and improving automated tests using Playwright, as well as designing and executing performance tests with Grafana K6 or JMeter. You will collaborate closely with Operations Engineers to integrate these tests into our CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end tests using Playwright.
• Set up and execute performance and load testing with tools such as Grafana K6 and/or JMeter.
• Integrate testing suites into CI/CD pipelines in close collaboration with the DevOps/Operations team.
• Monitor test results and continuously improve scripts, coverage, and test data management.
• Identify risks and translate quality goals into actionable test strategies.
• Analyze and report test results, including performance metrics and trends.
  
  

Profile / Requirements

• Experience as a QA Engineer or Software Tester, with at least 2 years focused on test automation.
• Proven experience with Playwright.
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD tools.
• Understanding of and experience with DevOps teams and cloud environments.
• Strong communication skills; able to interact with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Valid EU/PL work permit.
