Technical Application Executive

We are searching for dynamic members for our rapidly growing organization for our company;

• BS degree in Engineering preferably in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical/Materials Engineering or Chemistry,
• Excellent written and spoken English,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in extrusion/injection processes,
• Strong communication skills and taking active role as a team member,
• Strong planning, organizational skills,
• Problem solving competency, to be open to learn, target oriented thinking,
• No restriction of travelling.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Managing Ravago Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) projects ; new developed grades and applying process approval stages on customer production site,
• Preparing customer offers with sales team, leading nominated projects and being responsible for follow-up of the projects from kick-off to PSW,
• Controlling / managing on-time customer documentation preparation and submission, obtaining customer approvals. Reaching and reporting project KPI’s,
• Maintaining communication with all departments of the unit, driving actions and recovery plans,
• Meeting customers, partners, consultants,
• Ensuring customer satisfaction,
• Maintaining the data quality in the Project Execution tools,
• Reporting directly to project manager results of customer process approval stage and managing with related departments if revisions or improvements necessary,
• Filling "process trial matrix" sheet during on customer production site,
• Creating PFUS document and making necessary follow up's according to project plan,
• Making interpretation on measurement reports / test results.
