Job Title: Data Analyst
Role: Onsite 2-3 days
Location: Krakow
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, preparing, analyzing, and visualizing data to generate actionable insights that guide strategic and operational business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Collection & Acquisition
- Collect data from diverse sources such as databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal tools.
- Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accessibility for analysis.
2. Data Cleaning & Preparation
- Clean and preprocess raw data by identifying and resolving inconsistencies, missing values, and anomalies.
- Structure data through normalization, transformation, and encoding for efficient analysis.
3. Data Analysis
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key business drivers.
- Utilize statistical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, hypothesis testing) to generate insights.
4. Data Visualization
- Develop clear, impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, CRM Dynamics, and Excel.
- Present complex data in a visually intuitive manner to support decision-making.
5. Business Insights & Recommendations
- Translate data findings into meaningful business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate outcomes effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
6. Performance Tracking
- Track and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other critical business metrics.
- Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
7. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain thorough documentation of methodologies, data sources, assumptions, and analytical outputs.
- Deliver timely and accurate reports, both scheduled and ad-hoc, to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and at least one visualization tool (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with CRM Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts clearly.
