As our new Business Analyst, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting from Crayon and play a key role in the preparation of financial reports and analysis. You will work closely with team members and be responsible for providing reporting to ensure the business can make informed, strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities will include
- Manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques
- Delivering in-depth analysis on business performance trends, funnels, drivers, forecasts and targets
- Monthly detailed dashboard regarding progress on the team’s performance over multiple metrics
- Performing variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget/Forecast) and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and staffing analytics to inform strategic planning and resource allocation
- Funnel and opportunity management for all regions
Your Competencies
- 5+ years of experience in finance or Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
- Experience performing financial reporting, Power BI and/or Tableau
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Experience collaborating with internal teams to provide data-driven insights
