UX/UI Designer (m/f/d)

Then you’re the perfect candidate for our UX/UI Design position. 

The Holzkern Marketing team is looking for support in optimizing the website experience (at least 30h/week).

• Analysis of current customer journey with various tools (Google Analytics, Lucky Orange, etc.)
• Pro-actively forma hypotheses for improvement of UX/UI + working out the implementation with our Website Team
• Testing said hypotheses via AB-testing (Tool: Kameleoon)
• Regular analysis of website data to always know where the biggest opportunity for improvement lays 
• Apply Webshop CI according to overall CI
• Being in close exchange with our agency that supports us with testing

• Finished studies/training or extensive experience in UX/UI Design or comparable knowledge 
• Hands-on experience working on D2C ecommerce websites
• Excellent English language skills
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• A good understanding of KPIs that are measuring Onsite performance and being able to interpret them to define next steps
• Good understanding of HTML and CSS 
• Project management & interpersonal communication skills
• Experience with website analytics tools & AB-testing tools

• Location: Headquarter Vienna & remote
• Salary: The base pay is € 2.400 gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your personal work experience and qualifications.
