Scrum Master (Oil & Gas)

Our client is one of the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies. They are actively looking for Scrum Master to join their operations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate delivery team ceremonies
• Facilitate removal of impediments and mitigates risks for the delivery team
• Coach the delivery team on following through on actions from retrospectives or inspect and adapt sessions
• Work with delivery team to establish working agreements (e.g. Definition of Ready, Definition of Done)
• Work with teams on continuous improvement, cycle time reduction, and maximizing the flow of value
• Establishes and facilitates collaboration across delivery teams
• Create a safe environment for healthy conflict and meaningful collaboration
  
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience working in an agile role
