What You’ll Do
- Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise-level LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to support a workforce of a few thousand users across multiple offices.
- Ensure optimal network performance by continuously monitoring availability, latency, and overall throughput across infrastructure.
- Implement, configure, and troubleshoot a wide range of network hardware including firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers.
- Enforce network security policies in alignment with global security standards, collaborating with internal cybersecurity teams.
- Maintain clear and updated network documentation and support incident resolution and change management processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of three years’ experience in network engineering roles, with strong practical exposure to both on-prem and cloud environments.
- Deep technical knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs.
- Solid hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent enterprise-grade networking equipment.
- Familiarity with firewall configuration and network security tools such as IDS/IPS, with a proactive security mindset.
Preferred but not required: CCNA, CCNP, Juniper certifications, or AWS Advanced Networking certification.
