Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have mid-level experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, with strong proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools is a plus. This role involves transforming raw data into meaningful insights to support business decision-making across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business functions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Perform in-depth data analysis and generate actionable insights for business units.
• Create clear, professional PowerPoint presentations and visual reports to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver appropriate data solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing reporting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and reporting needs from different departments.
• Assist in the development of data models and KPI tracking mechanisms.
• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across reporting platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint.
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases (SQL knowledge is a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Tableau, Qlik, or other BI tools.
• Basic understanding of statistical methods and predictive analytics.
• Exposure to data transformation tools (Power Query, Alteryx, etc.).
• Prior work experience in Qatar or the GCC region.
