• Supervise and co-ordinate supply and installation of all MEP services as per QCS-2014.
• Applying and evaluating key performance indicators and analyzing performed work for optimum utilization of labor.
• Provided expert technical guidance during MEP maintenance phases.
• Review reports for quality control and recommend necessary training.
• Studying project information to determine responsibilities of workers.
• Using measurements programs to monitor productivity of labors.
• Organizing project labors and delivery of materials and equipment’s.
• Positively engaged with customers and maintained a professional appearance as company representative.
• Resolved customer complaints in prompt, polite and professional approach.
• Coordinated with authorities, including KAHRAMAA, ASHGHAL, Qatar CIVIL DEFENCE, and Ooredoo, for final connections.
