    Monthly Salary Package

    • QAR 5,000 – QAR 7,500 (depending on qualifications and experience)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Staffing:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
    • Coordinate manpower planning and forecasting with department heads.
    • Liaise with recruitment agencies and job portals to attract qualified candidates.
    • Employee Onboarding and Orientation:
    • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience by coordinating medical testing, visa processing, and orientation programs.
    • Develop and maintain onboarding materials and checklists.
    • HR Operations and Administration:
    • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases (HRIS).
    • Process employee documents, including employment letters, visa renewals, contract extensions, NOCS, etc.
    • Please manage leave, track employee attendance, and prepare timekeeping reports.
    • Employee Relations and Welfare:
    • Serve as the primary contact point for employee queries and grievances.
    • Conduct internal investigations where necessary and recommend resolutions.
    • Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through various HR initiatives.
    • Compliance and Policy Enforcement:
    • Ensure company HR policies and practices are compliant with Qatar Labour Law and other statutory requirements.
    • Assist in drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate periodic audits of HR processes and records.
    • Performance Management and Training:
    • Organise and manage performance appraisal processes.
    • Identify training needs, recommend learning interventions, and coordinate training sessions.
    • Payroll and Benefits Administration:
    • Support monthly payroll processes by ensuring accurate attendance and overtime reports.
    • Manage employee benefits, including health insurance enrollment and renewal.
    • Coordinate annual leave schedules and end-of-service settlements.
    • Health, Safety, and Wellbeing:
    • Assist in promoting a safe and healthy work environment.
    • Organise health and wellness activities as part of employee welfare programs.

    Candidate Requirements

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Certifications (preferred but not mandatory): CIPD, PHR, SPHR, or equivalent HR certifications.
    • Experience:
    • Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role (GCC experience preferred).
    • Experience in handling Qatar visa procedures, WPS (Wage Protection System), and Qatar Labour Law is a strong advantage.
    • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with HR software systems like SAP, Oracle HRMS, or other HRIS platforms.
