About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced project manager to lead the execution of a complex high-rise hospital building project in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing hospitals and tower projects from start to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of a hospital and high-rise construction project.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, timelines, and quality assurance plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, government agencies, and utility providers.
• Lead site supervision and monitor day-to-day progress.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of experience, with:
• At least 2 completed hospital construction projects
• At least 2 high-rise building projects (20+ floors)
• Strong knowledge of MEP coordination, HSE standards, and local construction practices.
• Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC is a must
• Preferrably living in KSA or Qatar
• Most Experiene should be with contractors
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
